Q:Is this product safe to use if I have a sunburn on my face? Will it help it heal or make it worse?Asked on 6/16/2015 by Brianna from San Diego
A:I wouldn't recommend it on any sensitive skin, although it won't damage it at all. Be careful with hot steam around already sensitive burns.Answered on 6/16/2015 by Alexander from Lush Direct
Q:How long should you wait? Just until the steam dies off?Asked on 3/8/2015 by Maddie from Maine
A:Once the tab has finished fizzing! You can then continue with the rest of your skin care regime.Answered on 3/21/2015 by Kels from LUSH Direct
Q:How often do you use these ? once a week ? daily ?Asked on 7/8/2014 by Lushhead from Ny
A:You can really use them as often as you like, however, since you are steaming your face and opening up the pores, you might want to start with a few times per week and increase if needed. Remember, you can transfer the water into a spray bottle and store it in the fridge for use as a spray toner for up to three days as well!Answered on 9/25/2014 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct

A:I would say that using this 1-2 times a week would be suffice seeing that
it left my skin feeling rejuvenated for a few days after I used it, and you
can save the left over water in a spray bottle and use it as a toner for up
to three days.Answered on 7/8/2014 by Anonymous
A:You can use as much as you want...I suggest once a week though. I use mine about once a week, and follow with one of the fresh face masks! Feels awesome!

A:I used these about once per week – I broke the tab in half and dropped it in a bowl of hot water, then I put a towel over my head and leaned over the bowl, creating a steam. I have combination skin, so I only used 1/2 a tab once per week, but since there is tea tree in it, you might use it more often or the whole tab if you have oily skin.Answered on 7/8/2014 by Anonymous
Q:I normally have semi-sensative skin, but every once in a while sensitive skin products don't seem to do well enough with cleaning my skin.
Would this work well as a every once in a while deep cleaning toner?Asked on 2/12/2014 by Ari from Charlotte, NC
A:Everybody's skin is different, but I believe because this is a steam rather than spraying the toner directly onto the skin, it may work very well for more sensitive skin. Our Dream steam would be a great product to try as well!Answered on 3/6/2014 by Kayla from LUSH DIRECT
A:I have sensitive skin. What works for me is the Mask of magnaminty and then the tea tree toner to get my skin refreshed like once a month. It really gives it a lift.Answered on 2/12/2014 by Anonymous
Q:How many tabs come when you buy 1.Asked on 12/3/2013 by Nessy
A:There is only one tab with each Tea Tree Toner Tab! I hope this helps!Answered on 12/8/2013 by Anonymous
Q:Is it ok to use the toner water after the Specified 2 days...Asked on 9/17/2013 by Ej
A:We don't recommend keeping or using the water after 2 days, as liquids require some form of preservation to prevent the growth of bacteria. Since our toner tabs do not contain any preservatives, it's best to use as much of the toner as you can within 2 days and then discard the rest.Answered on 9/19/2013 by Brandy from LUSH
Q:Do the toner tabs have use by date or expiry date?Asked on 8/8/2013 by sradha from Australia
A:The toner tabs have a 14 month lifespan, so their expiration information would be available on the face sticker on the box and should be 14 months after their creation date.Answered on 8/14/2013 by Anonymous
Q:Do I need to cut it in half? And how much water should I use?Asked on 5/29/2013 by Mads
A:The toner tabs are designed to be used for one steam so you do not have to cut it in half. It is best to fill a medium-size bowl with water, the amount just depends on the intensity that you are looking for!Answered on 9/27/2013 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
A:I don't think you NEED to cut it in half. A lot of people who reviewed this said they preferred to cut it in half because of the scent and the intensity while steaming. I didn't cut mine in half and really loved the smell; I found it really relaxing and mild.
I used a medium-sized mixing bowl with about six or seven cups of hot water, just from the tap. I found that the hottest setting on my bathroom sink provided enough steam for about three to four minutes.
Hope that helps!Answered on 7/11/2013 by Jojo from Seattle
Q:Should you wash your face before or after using the toner tab? And can this replace your toner the day/night you use it?Asked on 8/6/2012 by Lee the Lush Lover
A:I'd advise you to use our toner tabs with bare skin (i.e. after cleansing). This way they are likely to better penetrate your pores. It can certainly replace your toner for that day.Answered on 10/31/2012 by Anonymous
Q:I myself have never tried a lush product, but have heard lots about them online. I have a huge acne problem on my T-Zone and was wondering if this would help vanish acne.Asked on 1/12/2012 by TBISME from Colorado
A:This toner tab can absolutely help! Tea tree oil is antibacterial and antifungal, which means that it helps keep the skin clean, and prevents blemishes from forming, and aloe helps to soothe the skin and calm irritation and redness. The toner tab is just one step in a skin care routine, though. Give our customer care team a call at 1-888-733-5874 for a detailed skin care consultation!Answered on 1/31/2012 by Laura from LUSH
A:It didn't do a ton for me, but by no means should you let that turn you off of Lush. They make miracle products. I'd try one of their soaps, or possibly get the bottled toner. It might be a touch expensive but Lush is quality stuff and you get what you pay for.Answered on 4/8/2012 by Azurielm from Newark, DE
