Tea Tree Toner Tab
How to use
Fill a medium-size bowl with very hot water and drop in a toner tab. Immediately drape a towel over your head and the bowl to let the steam deliver its anti-oxidants and vitamin-rich essential oils to your skin. Once the tab has finished fizzing, remove the towel and gently pat your face dry. Finish off with a LUSH moisturizer for fresh and hydrated skin. You can put the water from the bowl in a spray bottle and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Use it to spritz tired skin whenever you need a lift.

Effective remedy for spots

Tea Tree Toner Tab is for toning troubled skin. We use tea tree and aloe to shrink blemishes and spots that are ready to erupt. Tea tree is antibacterial, antifungal and particularly effective against skin blockages. Drop one of these fizzy discs in a bowl of hot water and steam clean your blemishes away. After you've fizzed, dip cotton wool or a face cloth into the bowl and use the toner liquid to remove any traces of cleanser really gently, to get all the benefits of the antibacterial essential oils.

Features

  • Spots be gone: Tea Tree Toner Tab is particularly effective for oily or spotty skin.
  • Savor your freshly made toner water: Pour it into a bottle and keep it in the fridge for up to two days.
  • Effective and non-irritating: Powdered aloe vera is calming, gentle and encourages the skin to retain moisture. It's often used to relieve irritations and soreness.

These things are awesome!! I got some in the spa night with a friend package, and these were probably our favorite part of the whole thing (and definitely the cheapest product in there)! You can feel the tea tree sinking into your pores and cleaning everything up. And I loved inhaling the vapors from the water. I felt like it would've cleared up any respiratory problems if I'd had them. The package recommended using them for about five minutes, but we probably stayed under our towels for at least ten minutes just because neither of us wanted to leave the delightful atmosphere we'd created in our sinks! HA!

I was really excited to try out the Tea Tree toner, as I had never tried a tab toner before, but I had mediocre results. I bought two tabs and dropped one in about 4 cups of hot water, then covered my head with a towel and sat over the bowl. I loved how relaxing the steam was on my face, but I could barely smell the tablet and it dissolved almost immediately! So I threw the other tab in, and that one was also gone within 30 seconds. I left my head over the bowl for 10-15 minutes, then took a shower and scrubbed with Ocean Salt. My skin felt tighter and cleaner than usual, but I wasn't blown away.

Thought I wasn't impressed with the steam, I saved the water and used it to rinse my face for the next 3 days, and found this to be EXTREMELY soothing. I might have to invest in the Tea Tree toner spray now!

I love this toner tab! I wear very heavy make up at my job and I feel like this tab just draws out any dirt or makeup residue that I may have missed. I just helps me keep my skin looking fresh and even. The instructions say you can keep the left over water for up to two days, but I find that I can get at least 4-6 days out of it, As long as i religiously keep in in the refrigerator, lol. Absolutely recommend ths product for anyone who just needs a little skincare ninja in their back pocket!

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

While browsing around the lush website I found these toner tabs and was really excited to try them. I went to my lush store and picked two tea tree toner tabs. My skin is prone to break outs so I knew the tea tree oil in these tabs would help. When I saw they contained aloe I knew I had to have it.
That night I removed my make-up, cleansed my skin with coal face, and followed up the the toner tab. I heated the water in my tea kettle so it was very hot but not quite boiling. I dropped the tab in a it fizzled out so quickly. The smell is very strong so don't breath through your mouth. Though it was somewhat hard to breather under the towel I could feel this working. My skin tingled a little a my pores felt open. I saved the water and spritzed my skin after. My skin looked better and was very soft. I didn't have any break out for a two weeks after using this. I would definitely buy this again.

These little toner tabs are a complete miracle. They clear up my minor small breakouts overnight. I am addicted! I have combination skin and occasionally break out around my jaw line (not sure why). I know I saw a lot of reviews where people said there were no instructions on how to use this product so I thought I would tell everyone what I do. I take a small Lock-N-Lock container (tupperware), fill it up with about an inch to two inches of water and microwave it until it's just about boiling. Have a towel ready, drop in the tab and cover my head with the towel. I stay like that for probably 5 minutes or so. It's a little strong in terms of scent but it lets me know it's working! Then I save the liquid for a few days and use it as toner. Follow with Gorgeous moisturizer and voila! Soft, dewy, smooth, even complexion. Perfect skin!

It evens out any redness, and the overall quality of my skin has improved with this product. Awesome price, and I'll need like ninety thousand more of these. LOVE!

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

I've been using tea tree toner tabs for over two years now. I normally have sensitive, dry skin that also tends to breakout in oil and blemishes around my nose and chin area. Though this is a pretty potent toner, I've found it soothing enough to use as a steam once a week, regardless of whether my skin is acting up or not.

However, after a very recent, very bad breakout (due to Imperialis, unfortunately) I've discovered just how awesome these toner tabs are. All around my skin and around my nose, my skin broke out in lots of small white heads. I used this toner in combination with the Cosmetic Warrior fresh face mask, by the recommendation of a Lush SA. Both were great at soothing my troubled skin without drying out or irritating them. The next morning, I noticed that many of my white heads were gone, and the day after that, most of the remaining red blemishes were also reducing.

The toner water is also great as a warm salve. With my breakout, I got an awful cystic zit between my lip and nose that caused lots of swelling and tenderness (I actually have a fat lip). I dipped a cloth in the hot water and gently pressed it to my face for about 10 minutes. It popped the tiny whitehead on top of the larger pimple and, though there's still some swelling, my lip is a lot less numb and the swelling has gone down.

Tea tree toner tabs are awesomely versatile, even with very sensitive skin like mine!

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

I'm not impressed by this product. I have skin problems, and while it was a nice treatment, especially for the price, it worked no miracles for me. If you're looking for something dramatic I'd go for Lush's actual bottled toner, but if you just need a gentle cleanse after the intense initial burst this is more the product for you.

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

I recently purchased this item as a cheaper alternative to the Tea Tree Water Toner. Luck for me, it worked just as well. The only downside is that, even though these tabs may be cheaper, the Tea Tree Water Toner is a better investment. You get so many uses out of it and for a good price. I do however recommend the Tea Tree Toner Tabs if you are just looking for a one time spa treatment.

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

I absolutely love. I received my LUSH order today, and actually used it right away. I've been so stressed out this week prior to holidays, with being on hold with a company for hours, and packages getting delivered to wrong addresses, that I've been breaking out on my forehead and chin. It couldn't have come at a perfect time. I read on a prior comment that someone had cut the tab in have and used a cup of water (or something of the sort). I cut my tablet in half and used a cup of water that i microwaved for about 3 mins so it'd start to bubble. Then placed the water in the bowl I was using, covered my head with the towel and dropped in half the tablet. The feeling? Awesome. It opens up your pores so well...and feels even better than the natural opening with just plain steam. The smell can be somewhat intense, depending on your sensitivity to smell, but honestly compared to the other acne products I've tried, its nothing that I can't tolerate. Though I feel as if I would have used the whole tablet, it might have been a little much. Regardless, I then let the steam and toner do its magic and once done, blotted my face with the towel. Viola. I looked in the mirror and my acne marks were visibly less red, and the small stress pimples were less noticeable. I read that you could keep the water and use it as a toner for a few days so I'm going to do that as well. For the [$], its definitely a good buy considering if you cut it in half you can get two uses, Can't wait to get some more! ♥

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

I picked this up on a lark and absolutely LOVED it! I don't know if it was more the product or the steam in the end, but my skin felt great.

I first washed my face with a sample I'd just gotten of Ultra Marina, following up with a thin layer of Ultrabland, which I did NOT rinse off. I then boiled a large bowl's worth of water in my electric kettle, put my head under a large towel, and plopped the tab in. The steam was kind of overwhelming for me, but that might have been because the towel didn't have an opening and the water was literally just-boiling when I poured it in.

I had to take a couple minute-long breaks, leaving the bowl covered, but it felt nice that way. I just patted my face as I went, and afterwards was left feeling moisturized, purified, and not tight at all for the rest of the day. I just woke up, and my blemishes seem to have cleared right up!

This product was awesome! Before I used it I had just done the BB Seaweed Fresh face mask, but decided to try this out because my forehead is breaking out lately. I boiled some water, dropped the tab in and covered my head with a towel. The smell and initial amount of steam caught me off guard but after a minute or so I got used to it. I turned on some music and let the toxins drip out of my pores. After five minutes I went and rinsed the sweat off with cool water. My skin looks so much more even and the acne is fading already. Crazy effective! Skin feels completely clear and fresh. I would reccomend using this first then one of the fresh face masks after to get all of the sweat and toxins off of your face. I will definitely get many many more of these. Once a week sounds good to me :)

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

I love it. I feel like it really clears up my combo/sensitive skin and leaves my skin so soft and smooth. I find that breaking the tabs in half works just as effectively. The smell is strange, but not bad and certainly not off putting enough to make me stop using them. Since they are discontinuing the C tabs, this will be my go to toner tab..

I had put on the love lettuce mask prior, so my face was already feeling luxurious, but i decided to try out the toner tab. i got some hot water in an open bowl, placed in the tab, and put the towel over me. It immeadiatly began to fizz, and it felt great! Afterwards, i felt refreshed and my skin was softer. The only problem was that i should have maybe gotten hotter water because the steam wasn't as prominent as i thought it would be. Good thing i bought two(:

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

My mom got me a couple tea tree toner tabs a year ago. I thought it looked cool but I always kept it at the bottom of my lush basket. Not until today did I realize how amazing it actually is! I boiled a little water in a tea pot and had a bowl. Once I poured the water in, I dropped in a tab and pulled a towel over my head. It just felt so invigorating because I could feel the steam on my face. It would have been very relaxing if my little sister wasn't taking pictures (I guess watching someone stare down a bowl is amusing to some). You didn't even hear the coolest part! Earlier I rubbed some glitter (Shimmy Shimmy of course!) on my face. Do you know what I saw in the bowl when my face was fully cleansed? Glitter! Yes, lush has worked it's magic again and now I am a tree hugger for life.

Comments about LUSH Tea Tree Toner Tab:

Right when my period starts I develop cystic pimples that flare up. Thankfully, I had one of these tabs and decided to use it because I had school pictures the next day. When using it, I steamed for six minutes, using boiling water. My skin is pretty oily with the T- zone dry and flaky, so the steam helped moisturize it. I finished with splashing cold water and scrubbing a lemon on my face (do not try if it feels tight after the water). After about five minutes, my pimples had turned into manageable whiteheads, it noticeably shrunk and the bumps are half its size. I did steam for three days using green tea, water, and the tab (each on separate days) so maybe that's why it's so effective. I wouldn't use these everyday because the skin could build immunity to it, but it's definitely a nice product. One thing that's bad is the price for one small tab that will only last for three days if you use it as the toner. (I poured the leftovers in a spritz bottle).

this product doesn't come with instructions (for proportions) so it's not clear how much water to use per tab to leave you with an effective toner solution and not a watered down mess. i think i used too much water and there was no "zing" to the solution once the tab was done fizzing. also, this little tab is gone in an instant. i tossed it into the bowl, walked over to the counter to grab a tea towel and it was gone. i recommend you just buy the bottle of tea tree toner.

I like that I can use the toner tab by letting it fizz in a facial steamer and then continue to use the water for a few days as a toner. My skin feels so soft after using this and slight tight which I like because I know it's working. I have only used it once so I don't know how effective it is long term yet.

My favorite toner tab for sure! I have combination skin which is clear most of the time. If I have an unusual breakout or a blemish pops up unexpectedly prior to an important event I know if I use this it will zap those sits away! I use about 1 cup water, bring it just to a boil, put a towel over my head and pop the tab in the water. A treatment is about 5 minutes. Then I follow it with the Love Lettuce face mask and my skin feels like heaven! <333 This will always be a staple in my beauty arsenal.
And let me touch on the scent... The scent is not the reason I use this product. It's not a great scent, but it's not bad either. It's steam.. You probably will be breathing thru your mouth anyways. Lol!

I'd advise you to use our toner tabs with bare skin (i.e. after cleansing). This way they are likely to better penetrate your pores. It can certainly replace your toner for that day.

I myself have never tried a lush product, but have heard lots about them online. I have a huge acne problem on my T-Zone and was wondering if this would help vanish acne.

It didn't do a ton for me, but by no means should you let that turn you off of Lush. They make miracle products. I'd try one of their soaps, or possibly get the bottled toner. It might be a touch expensive but Lush is quality stuff and you get what you pay for.

This toner tab can absolutely help! Tea tree oil is antibacterial and antifungal, which means that it helps keep the skin clean, and prevents blemishes from forming, and aloe helps to soothe the skin and calm irritation and redness. The toner tab is just one step in a skin care routine, though. Give our customer care team a call at 1-888-733-5874 for a detailed skin care consultation!
