Q:How much is the whole entire block of this soap? The whole big brick? Now that it's being discontinued I'd like to know how much the whole brick is so I can stock up.Asked on 7/13/2015 by Sarahbeth336 from Baltimore, MD
A:It is based all on weight so you will have to pop in the shop and weigh the soap they have available.Answered on 7/17/2015 by Anonymous
Q:I want to try out this soap because the smell is amazing, but I am afraid it will be drying. What moisturizing soaps would you recommend that have a similar scent?Asked on 4/20/2015 by Ashley from Bronx, NY
A:I have not found The Godmother soap to be drying. But if you have sensitive skin, then I would recommend using it every other time you shower. I usually rotate between several different ones. There are no other soaps with the same scent as this one... but The Rockster is the closest and it has more moisturizing ingredients.

A:In terms of scent, Rock Star is the closest and is a little bit creamier and more moisturizing. You shouldn't find the Godmother drying though. It is actually quite lovely on the skin!Answered on 4/21/2015 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
Q:Are there any other products with a similar scent to this one?Asked on 6/8/2014 by Jess from Boston, MA
A:The Godmother soap has the same scent as our Snow Fairy products, which are only available during the Christmas holiday season. As for year-round items, check out Rockstar soap if you like the sweeter, candy-scented products!Answered on 9/25/2014 by Melissa S from LUSH Direct
A:I think the space girl bath bomb smells similar to god mother soap. I do use both products together.Answered on 8/16/2014 by lana from york, pa
A:The closest I've tried to the Godmother Soap would probably have to be the Miranda soap. It is quite different and unique but I would say its the closest. Miranda is supposed to smell fruity. It is a sweet fruity though, it does have an odd, but not bad, undertone I cant really describe though... maybe earthy?Answered on 6/8/2014 by Anonymous
Q:What type of synthetic musk is used in this product?Asked on 10/4/2012 by Mo
A:We’re very proud of the fragrances our perfumers have developed, and we want to make sure they remain our own. These fragrance blends are kept so secret, that only the inventors or “noses” know their formulas.Answered on 10/27/2012 by Anonymous
Q:Can this be used as facial soap?Asked on 8/15/2012 by Miranda from Lancaster, PA
A:We don't recommend using the hand and body soaps on the face, as the skin there is a bit more delicate, and the pores are finer. We have loads of great facial cleansers, so I'd definitely recommend having a look at those. if you're having trouble deciding which is best for your skin needs, give us a call at 1-888-733-5874 and we'd be happy to help!Answered on 8/28/2012 by Megan from LUSH Direct
