Q:How is this bar shipped to avoid melting? Does it come in a tin?Asked on 11/9/2014 by Mamablev
A:Like all of our products, our Tiny Hands hand lotion bar is shipped with great care. We, however, cannot guarantee that products with a butter base will not melt if shipped to a hot climate. We have labelled items we feel might melt with a little M on the product pages on our website. We also sell tins that help maintain the product. Each tin is $3.95 and we are happy to ship meltable items inside upon request.Answered on 11/12/2014 by Rene

A:The Tiny Hands Lotion has a shelf life of fourteen months along with all of our other solid products.Answered on 11/6/2014 by Farinaz from LUSH Direct

Q:Will this lotion bar fit into the body body tin or the shampoo bar tin?Asked on 12/2/2013 by Mel44lissa from Chicago, IL
A:The Tiny Hands will fit in our square tin! If you let it wear down a bit, it will fit in our other tins as well!Answered on 12/5/2013 by Anonymous
A:Tiny hands only fits in the square tin not the round tin. Tins are wonderful for storage.

Q:How should this be stored? Will it melt if I put it in a baggie in my purse for on-the-go use?Asked on 2/26/2012 by Kamanjah from Calaveras County, CA
A:You probably should not put this product in your purse as it might melt or get squished. Place it on your night-stand for evening use.Answered on 6/21/2012 by Newlywed from Boise, ID
A:I have mine in a little tin that Lush sells. Unlike other Lush solid bars, it takes a lot to melt this one - I think it would be fine in a baggie in a purse, it just might crumble if it gets bumped around.Answered on 3/2/2012 by Hikermc from Portland, OR
A:If the temperature in your purse gets warmer than body temperature, this bar will melt. You may want to tuck it in a body butter tin inside a sealed bag if you'd like to store it in a purse or near fabric.Answered on 2/27/2012 by Megan from LUSH
A:Try using a yellow LUSH bag, but not a plastic bag because it will retain hot air and melt it, but the LUSH bag is some sort of papery substance and doesn't close off so it will let air circulate. Unless of course the air temperature where you live is hot enough to melt it on its own, in which case I would recommend not carrying it in your purse at all.Answered on 4/4/2012 by Tarik from Baltimore, MD
A:I use one of the body butter tins to keep it in! I carry it around in my purse and it's fine. Just don't leave it in the car if it's hot out!Answered on 4/15/2012 by Moonbeam Sparkle from Atlanta, GA
