I use this product almost everyday. It is my signature scent. When I wear it, I always get lots of compliments-- especially from guys! My male friends always comment on how nice it smells which is saying something, considering most of them HATE perfume.

The fragrance is sweet, but not overpowering or cloying. It reminds me of fresh creme brulee out of the oven, warm and rich. This is not the Body Fantasies vanilla that everyone had in high school! It's much more sophisticated but without smelling like Love's Vanilla Pop (my mom always wore that-- it gave me such a headache!). The staying power is really impressive as well. I usually apply it in the morning and only need a little touch up later that night if I am going out.

My only complaint is that it's a bit pricey. However when you consider how much designer perfumes run, it's not THAT bad. One bottle usually lasts me a couple months.

If you're on the fence about this, pick it up! It's wonderful!

I LOVE this perfume so much!!! It smells like my favorite toffee candy and a sweet florally vanilla, but its not teenage, nor does it wreak of alcohol and get stinky over time. Its the perfect breezy go to fragrance for all seasons, and mature. However, a word to the wise, ONLY ONE SPRAY IS ENOUGH, it gets stronger as it sits, and the spray is wide enough to cover a large surface area of the skin. When I first bought it I got a little spray happy and did two on my chest and one on either wrist, which to my dismay my boyfriend found very overpowering although now he can't keep his hands off me. The moral of the story is less is always more, and YOU MUST BUY THIS PRODUCT.

One spritz from the sampler and I felt like I was smelling up my whole office when I got back to work. Too strong for my taste, and I smell like a huge pina colada - I guess that could be a good thing...don't think I'll be purchasing. Too heavy and oppressive.

I have only owned this product, my first Lush product, for a short time since I bought it a few days ago, but I can already tell you that this scent is amazing. I got the tube after playing a game to decide the best scent for my personality and testing out the solid tube in the store. The spray tube fits in my pencil case at school so I can apply more when needed though it is not really needed because it lasts so long! However, be sure not to spray to much because the scent grows a couple minutes after you apply it so do NOT spray twice. Still, I get compliments on how I smell like "cinnamon buns" or "a bakery". I would recommend this to all of my friends but I already have!

I bought Vanillary perfume when I went shopping one day and bought it AND my mom liked it. It smelled SO GOOD!!!! I was OBSESSED five seconds after I bought it. Even my boyfriend and my friend liked it! I just LOVED it! The only problem I have is that the skinny black container is a little too fragile because it fell out of my pocket and broke, but I still LOVE it. I have to give LUSH credit for Vanillary perfume. Thank you, LUSH!!!!

I've never tried a solid perfume before, and now I'm a big fan. I dab a little on each wrist, rub together, and I'm good to go! The scent usually lasts the entire work day. The scent is lovely, since I'm a big fan of vanilla. I like that the vanilla is from real vanilla beans (the good stuff!). I layer this scent by pairing this product with vanilla puff powder and heavanilla massage bar.

I used to work at Lush and when this scent first came out, I was obsessed! Three years later, I'm still obsessed and will not wear anything else. I've tried many many other vanilla-based scents and they all seem to be too candy sweet. Vanillary has a depth to it that is unique. I receive compliments every day from men and women. Vanilla isn't for everyone but for those who love it, Vanillary is the best!

This perfume is great for the holidays! The fragrance is warm, and inviting. Sugar cookies in the oven, fireplace roaring, while I cuddle with my boyfriend on the couch and watch the lights on the christmas tree flicker is the scene this perfume paints for me when I smell it. The sandalwood is overpowering, but not overpowering enough to ruin the product.

I first bought Vanillary back in Feb 2012 and I will never look back at another perfume ever. When applying it, it melts just right and the scent is actually warm - if that makes any sense! My nose could smell the warm. I know that must sound bizarre but that's one of the many reasons I love it. Wearing it when it was cold outside would give my nose a hug.

The scent is long lasting (especially between the jubblies) and you can apply as often as you please, there's no buildup or anything. It's not sick-sweet, but sultry and alluring, so I wear it whenever I want to say to my husband, "Hey. You, me, bedroom, to-NITE."

Absolutely a must have, I don't go anywhere without it.

I have been a long time fan of vanilla fragrances, but good ones are few and far between. A lot of the time they have a very synthetic, overly sweet aroma that is just gag inducing. I had given up uptil I gave Vanillary a try. Like most Lush fragrances, the magic happens after it's been on your skin for a while. It opens with vanilla extract sort of scent, then develops into a smoky, alluring vanilla (go figure)fragrance. The scent changes as the day goes on. The final poof I got before it left my skin was a sweet vanilla powder scent. It lasts for hours, especially when paired with Vanilla Deelight lotion. I think people of all ages would enjoy this.

Someone on a perfume oil forum recommended this to me since I love vanilla and foody scents. All the rave reviews convinced me to order a bottle unsniffed. It arrived today - what a pick-me-up at work! It smells like a vanilla cake on me - totally delicious! And I got compliments as I walked down the hall, so others were liking it, too. I am obsessed with Lush's vanilla fragrance! I was hesitant to place an order online because certain scents react differently to my body chemistry. I finally got the chance to try it out at the Lush store on Broadway and I knew immediately I had to have it! It smells exactly like Vanilla Puff Powder and similar to Vanilla De-Lite body lotion. It's not cloyingly sweet like the vanilla body sprays that teenagers wear. It's a sophisticated vanilla that is sweet enough to turn heads but complex enough to make people wonder what that marvelous smell is!

I first bought the solid because I adore vanilla and it was so inexpensive. I loved it so much I finally bought the bottle (and that's coming from a nongirly or crazy fan of perfumes).

I don't even know where begin with describing this...it's absolutely incredible! I've never smelled anything else like it. As some have mentioned it seems as if you must have the right chemistry for it. When I first put it on it smells very odd, sometimes much too strongly of jasmine or a bizarre burnt smell. But after a few minutes it fades into the background and the vanilla really comes out. While this is very much a vanilla scent, it isn't super sweet at all (I tend to despise sweet scents). The powder tone is really more smoky than anything else. With the subtle sweet tone, it blends with the jasmine and tonka to add a grown up, spicy kick to the vanilla. Not at all your teeny bopper candy sweet vanilla fragrance. This vanilla is smoky, dark, rich, delicious and sexy. A must try for vanilla lovers, preferably around 18 and up.

Also, I was finding that after a couple months of use my solid started to develop more of that funky beginning scent (it would still fade away) so I started to use something else to scrape a little bit out onto my skin rather than direct application. The only real difference I'm finding between the solid and liquid is that the liquid was longer lasting, stronger, and smokier. Love it.

I just got this today on a whim, and I'm normally not a fan of the perfumes at lush but I love this! It's a very light vanilla smell, but not teenage sweet. It blended really well with the Love Potion massage bar.

I love this scent! I use it after I shower. I like the fact that it's vanilla but it's not that sickening, juvenile smell like with victoria's secret scents. I'm 25 and I don't want to smell like I'm in high school. This scent is multi-tonal, deep and sophisticated! It works for anyone! My mom even wears it. My boyfriend loves the way it smells on me.
