I have thick, curly, and easily tangled hair. i was very skeptical about this conditioner, but i'm trying to veganize my lifestyle and thought i would give this a try. i have to say, its better than i thought. i love the scent and even though its a lighter conditioner it works well as a detangler. i would probably use a leave in conditioner or use this in conjunction with a heavier conditioner in the future. Overall i think this is a pretty good product

I have very thin hair that also has a tendency to get frizzy after I dry it. I've always found my conditioners to be too heavy and make my hair look even more limp. Veganese however, has noticeably made my hair more managable. It adds volume and makes it super soft. The smell is wonderful, and the product is nice and light so it doesn't weigh down my hair. I'm officially hooked!

I was recommended to use this product along with Rehab shampoo for my oily hair. I was a little skeptical about how light the conditioner was, but after the first use I knew it was a keeper. My hair feels so clean, and light, and natural. I love it.

A great option for vegans to have. This is my new favorite conditioner! It smells wonderful and it is very uplifting and fresh. I have very long hair down past my derriere, and the downside is having to use A LOT, but that goes for any worthwhile conditioner. Another downfall of longhair is the weight of it, but when I use this conditioner in combination with the shampoo bars my hair feels like half the weight I am used to. There is absolutely no residue or oily feeling. It is more shiny (in a good way), bouncy, and flowy-soft. This may not be for everyone as I can see it being too lightweight for some, but it is definitely worth a try if you are considering it.

This is by far my favorite conditioner Lush has to offer! I keep eyeing other ones but love Veganese so much that I wouldn't dare cheat on it. My favorite part: the smell. I don't kno what it is about the smell of this conditioner but I'm constantly smelling my hair after using it. It also makes my hair super soft & shiny! Once again, a little goes a long way with this product!

Veganese was my 2nd Lush conditioner and i love it ! i wanted something that complemented Cynthia and Big and after reading NUMBERIOUS reviews i decided to go with Veganese and i am extremely happy that i did. Veganese has a fresh citrus scent that is up lifting and it's creamy, ill leave it on my head while i do other shower stuff and rinse it out to soft volumized, fly away tamed hair! Now my hair's hobby is to make as many fly aways as possible so im not saying it tames them all but its doing a good job working on it! Now i have a little secret that i like to do, when ever i feel like i want health soft looking hair with volume i put Veganese in my DRY hair it doesn't make it feel like there's product in it and it makes my hair look awesome! and on the plus side if i rinse my hair out the next day, my hair has been deep conditioned! love veganese and i definitely recommend everyone to try it at least once.

I got this product about a month ago and I'll start off by saying that I LOVE the scent. I have very curly thick hair. I've been using rehab shampoo for the past year or so. I love LUSH products, and I was really excited about using this product, there were good and bad things about it.

The good: It detangled my hair with extreme ease, left it sleek and smooth, and made my hair smell great. I got (and yes I counted) 11 compliments after I had first used it.

The bad: I have to spend about 5-10 minutes carefully washing it out of my hair so it didn't leave any residue. When I don't, my hair is greasy and feels damp, I hate it. Overall, it was okay, but I think I would've been better off the the American Cream conditioner

This is a wonderful product. I went into the store to buy R&B, but they were out of it. They recommended veganese as a replacement, and as a leave-in conditioner. I'm glad they did because it has transformed my hair. I have very fine, wavy hair. Without product, it's too poofy. With product, it's too greasy. Which usually means the hair goes in a pony tail. But tonight, I wore it down in all it's shiny, tame glory, and it was great. Very few products have the power to transform the way you see yourself. And, it's cruelty-free to boot! A wonderful, wonderful product.

As a former bottle dye junkie, my oily fine hair tangles easily and hasn't been soft for years. On my first LUSH trip, I picked up the medium size of Veganese and just recently picked up the largest size because this is an essential. I use Karma bar shampoo and this and my hair has NEVER looked better.

I used to always use a heavy salon brand conditioner for color care which I found weighed my hair down and did nothing truly beneficial. Veganese leaves my hair feeling soft and full of bounce. It feels really light when you put it into your hair but once you rinse it out you realize how effective it truly is. It detangles with ease! It's so light I can even use a little on my roots to tame flyaways, something I could never do with any other conditioner.

Do yourself a favor and buy this immediately!

I read some reviews that people don't like the smell. I find that crazy! I love the lemony citrus smell. I find it to be pretty light. It doesn't linger on my hair for too long, which is ok with me. I like to use R&B hair moisturizer after, just on my ends and a tinnnnnny bit through the rest of my hair. If i let my hair air dry, it's full of body and even a little wave! Something I never had with my previous hair products.

I'm a LUSHie for life, and Veganese is one big reason why!

I have been trying so many different products from inexpensive (Patene Pro-V) to expensive (Paul Mitchell) and I just couldn't find anything. This product is so awesome I saw great result's from first wash, it left my hair smooth and not weighed down at all. I have very thin and oily hair so I have to wash my hair everyday and this product did just the trick to help with my specific needs. I was also pleased with the person who consultated me at the shop, great customer care :). I am so happy to have found this product and will never use anything else ever again. Thank Lush!

I wanted to hate this product at first. It doesn't have the rich, creamy texture of most conditioners. After I let my hair dry, it made it soft, shiny, and just feels really clean. I'm not a huge fan of the smell, but it grows on you. It also lingers for quite a while. My hair is a bit damaged from dying and the sun, so I might need something a little more heavy than this. Other than that, if you have very greasy hair, this will probably work great. Leaves hair feeling very light.

I really liked this product for it's smell, oddly enough. My hair can get a bit wild after a shower, dry, brittle at times. Frizzy for sure. I used a fair bit of this after shampooing, it somewhat helped. I may have needed more. I can say my hair was super shiny after. I'd recommend others to get this still, my friend uses it and her hair looks great. When I use it, (I have thicker hair then she does.), I need to put R&B on my ends.

I really love this conditioner. I have really fine, dry hair and this helped moisturize it and make it look more healthy! I don't particularly love the smell, but it's tolerable. I definetly recommend it.

I can't say enough good things about this! I went into a LUSH store for the first time recently, and ran over the hair stuff. I'd already done a lot of research and grabbed a Big. Given my hair type, the lady recommended Veganese! I love it! When I first used it, I thought it wasn't enough and was too light. But it soaks into your hair and leaves it sooooo soft! And it smells AMAZING. Definitely will be getting the full size (:

I'm in love. Let me start by saying I change my hair color constantly, and so my hair gets fried. Veganese is light enough so my greasy hair isn't flat, but effective enough that my hair feels like a soft bunny. It smells absolutely beautiful--like fresh lemons. The only con for me is, of course, the price (I just graduated college). But you definitely get your money's worth with Veganese.

I use both products listed every day in the shower, and I love how light and gorgeous they make my hair look. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, so it tangles really easy, and the conditioner really helps knock out the tangles. The only thing I would say that is..interesting, is the smell. I dont find it horrible, but they hubby isnt fond of it. It is a great product all around though, and I would recommend it to everyone that has fine hair that tangles bad.

First of all, as a dedicated vegan, I love the fact that most of Lush's products are vegan and clearly labeled as such (not having to decipher confusing labels is great!). I also like the fact that many of their products are handmade in North America and not in [*]. I have been looking for good vegan hair products for a while, and was very happy to discover "Veganese" at my local Lush store. I have very thick, poofy (which I LOVE), shoulder length American Indian hair. I know that this product is recommended for fine hair (which mine is definitely NOT), but I still decided to give it a try and bought the small bottle. I've used a couple of times and I really like it. It smells good and detangles my hair without leaving a weird residue. If you're looking for a vegan conditioner, I recommend that you check out "Veganese".

Got this is a sample when I bought Rehab for my dry scalp and I love it! First of all it smells amazing - reminds me of lemonade. It washes cleanly and its great for detangeling. I use just a small amount of my ends and its great.

This stuff is great! My hair is fine, frizzy yet greasy. Conditioner can often overdue it and make my hair more greasy. This stuff is perfect. Its lightweight and smells like lemonade. My hair feels so soft and I can use a lot less defrizz cream which helps with the greasy feeling. I wash my hair every day and could most likely make this a daily product. Smells great combined with Daddy-O shampoo.

I use this with Rehab shampoo. They're a great combination because the ingredients and scents are similar. I've been using my medium size bottle for a few months now. Recently I found that this conditioner works TEN TIMES BETTER when you rub it on your hair and let it sit for about a minute and a half to two minutes with no water contact. Once I rinse my hair it feels beyond silky.
I'm not sure if thats what everyone does already. I think that might take care of some of the issues i saw posted. Just an idea :)
also, i noticed a significant decrease in the amount of split ends in my hair, amazing!!
