Q:I just order this bar and it came to me melted so I put in the fridge to harder back up. After I did the texture seemed off, I was wondering if anyone knew if it's melts does it change how well the back works?Asked on 8/24/2013 by ginger from las vegas
A:As the massage bars are designed to melt, resolidifying them should not change their effectiveness. However, due to the particular format and design of Wiccy Magic Muscles and the placement of the aduki beans, this one probably won't resolidify exactly as it should, so please contact our Customer Care Team to get this issue resolved (firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-888-733-5874.)Answered on 10/4/2013 by Kendra M from LUSH Direct

Q:Our bar has what looks like white mold on it? Is this normal?Asked on 9/25/2012 by Diana from Albany, or
A:Ah! If your massage bar ever has a bit of a whitish cast on it, not to worry- it's not mold, it's actually just the fats or sugar from the cocoa butter separating from the rest, and rising to the top. It's often seen in chocolate (which contains cocoa butter of course!) and is called bloom. Bloom can appear if cocoa butter warms up or gets cool repeatedly, but it should melt right back into the bar as soon as you warm it up in your hands.Answered on 10/26/2012 by Megan from LUSH
