Goji Berry Decoction (Lycium barbarum)

The goji berry (Lycium barbarum; also known as Chinese wolfberry) grows on a deciduous shrub with violet flowers. Its berries are reddish-orange and have been used for centuries in Tibetan, Mongolian, Korean and Japanese medicines.

Goji berries are sold both dried and juiced outside of their native countries. Goji berry juice is obtained by pressing the berries through a filter, removing husk and seeds.
