Nutrient-rich softener

We use nori seaweed for its softening, soothing, hydrating and replenishing effects on the skin and hair.
When dried, nori becomes deep purple to black, but turns green when cooked or toasted. Dried nori is 48% protein, higher than soybeans, milk, fish and poultry, and contains more vitamin A than carrots, and is high in vitamins B, C and D.
