DIY facial – 5 steps to vibrant skin

When your skin is feeling a bit out-of-sorts, treating yourself to an at-home facial is a surefire way to give your skin and your mood a wonderful boost.

Here are 5 steps to make the best of your at-home experience!

Step 1

Ali using Ultrabland

Begin with an Ultrabland massage. Warm a small amount of Ultrabland in your hands and stroke your fingers across your jawline, over the nose and across the forehead. Repeat a few times then finish by slowly rubbing your temples. These techniques help you relax and stimulate the deeper layers of your skin. When you’re done, remove Ultrabland with warm water and a washcloth.

Step 2

Ali using a toner tab

Add your Toner Tab to a bowl of very hot steaming water, lean in, and drape a towel over your head and the bowl to let the steam deliver its antioxidants and vitamin-rich essential oils to your skin. Steaming is a gentle way to purify and deeply cleanse the skin. When the tab has finished fizzing remove the towel and gently pat your face dry. Once the water has cooled, you can keep it in a spray bottle in the refrigerator for up to a week for a refreshing spritz.

Step 3

Warm Full Of Grace Serum in your hands, then place the heels of the hands at the chin. Massage over the jawline, ending with fingers at the ears. Repeat over the nose and across the forehead. Do this as many times as you like! Step 4

Ali using Don't Look At Me fresh face mask

Without removing Full Of Grace, apply your favorite fresh face mask (we’ve used Don't Look At Me, one of our newest fresh masks!). By massaging your face with the serum before applying your face mask, you’re stimulating the skin and preparing it to receive all the nutritious benefits of the mask. Smooth a healthy amount of your mask over your entire face, making sure to avoid the eye and mouth areas. Sit back and relax, leaving the mask on for about ten minutes then remove with warm water.

Step 5

Using a toner like Breath Of Fresh Air, give your face a few refreshing spritzes and follow up with your favorite moisturizer. Gently massage your moisturizer over your jawline, ending with fingers at the ears and repeat over the nose and across the forehead.
