Rosebuds (Rosa centifolia)

Rosebuds (Rosa centifolia)

Roses are deciduous shrubs with thorns and leathery leaves. They bear fragrant flowers in summer, followed by rose hips. Northern Persia is considered the likely birthplace of the rose. They have been important throughout human history in medicine, ritual, cosmetics and perfumery.

We use rosebuds as an embellishment, decoration and finishing touch to our products. The rose (Rosa damascena) is a beautiful flower. We use seven rosebuds as decoration in our Tisty Tosty Bath Bomb.
