Avocados

Fresh, ripe avocados are natural powerhouses of nutrition. They contain a wealth of healthy fats and are rich in vitamins, including several varieties of B, K, C and potassium. Their vibrant fleshy fruit is full of unsaturated oil that hydrates and soothes, making it lovely for appeasing dry or sensitive skin.

Olive oil

Asparagus
