We add sand as an exfoliator in our Sandstone soap. Using sand as a scrub brings back memories of happy summer holidays.

Litsea cubeba

Litsea cubeba oil is extracted from the small pepper-like fruits of the May Chang tree by steam distillation. It has a lemony aroma and is used as an antiseptic.

The exfoliating citrus and sandy soap. On the glorious beaches of Rio de Janeiro, stunning Brazilian babes, and their mothers, mix up tanning oil with the fine sand and scrub their backsides to make them as smooth as silk.

Sand scrub.

Sandstone soap has a layer of sand and the seductive citrus scent of a caipirinha cocktail. Sand exfoliates your body as you wash and you'll be left with the lingering smell of lemons and tropical beaches.
