I ordered this in the spring and the first time I used it, right out of the shower, I fell in love with it. When I first smelled it in the container, I wasn't quite sure, but it smells so lovely when it it on your body. It made my skin feel satiny & cool under clothes and the scent made me feel sexy & womanly. LOVE. I might retire it during the winter and try something else, only so that I can have that "new" experience again in the spring!

This stuff smells so good I'm afraid I might eat myself. Seriously, it's dangerous. The only drawback is that it's a little messy, but so what? I'm ok with my entire home smelling like this. The scent is universally appealing, and I truly cannot imagine anyone not liking it. Buy it. Buy it now. (Or send me a lifetime supply.)

since lush discontinued my fav powder (candy fluff) ive been going through serious dusting powder withdrawals (tried the other scents and was not a fan) but i took a chance on this one and let me tell ya-i LOVE it! i didnt like the scent when i first opened it because it smelled..old ladyish to me, but i took a shower and after putting on lotion i sprinkled this all over and MAN OH MAN i smell awesome! you can smell the delicious combo of cocoa butter and jasmine..smells divine! love love love this stuff :)

A 5 star product in a 4 star container. When I bought this, I had no idea how to open it. After trying to pry it open or push it in, the little seal would NOT budge. I found that the best way to open was to perforate the thin seal edge with a toothpick until a large enough hole was created to slip in the edge of a knife and gently saw it open (sounds more complex than it actually was; promise:) Once open, I couldn't get enough of the sweet jasmine smell. I'm usually not a fan of floral scents, but this one was so delicate and simple I couldn't wait to put it on. After a night out dancing with friends, I was shocked to find that the sweet smell of Silky Underwear had survived the night and still lingered on my skin. It feels so smooth and has a wonderful vintage flair to it. Love putting on after a massage bar or Buffy to 'soak' up any extra moisture. Fabulous product!

Oh so silky! This powder really meets my needs when it comes to feeling fresh, and I love the jasmine scent! I shook a bit of it into a travel powder bottle to keep in my purse for "touch ups" when I'm out and about. Definitely a thumbs up product!

I bought this powder from the website, never having used any sort of dusting powder before. I was positively surprised! It smells great, I keep telling my husband that I fell like a "honey bee" every time I apply it.

Only drawback: it's a little messy and oftentimes gets on clothes, but can be dusted off easily.

I love Alkmaar, so I love this. It smells like pure awesome collected in a container. I have the red container and it is very messy to use. That is the only con. I wish I had a perfume that smelled like this so this amazing scent would last all day.

My first dusting powder and I am in love with it. I sprinkle it all over my body and then rub it in. A tip is to do this in bed so that whatever comes off your skin can just settle into your sheets and make your bed smell clean and fresh.

This product is great for the sticky east coast summer weather. Apply before dressing and stay dry even in 100% humidity. Almost!

I use this every day! I live in the southeastern US, where "humidity" is a 4 letter word. I stopped using commercial antiperspirant about 6 months ago and was concerned about what to do to keep from sweating through my clothes-- this is the stuff! I use a natural deodorant stick and then top it with Silky Underwear. No sweat. Literally.

And as for the messy container: I bought a pretty lidded sugar bowl from a local store, tipped all the powder in, and use a big powder brush to apply. Not perfect, but it helps.

First of all, if you're expecting this powder to come in a sexy black container like the one shown in the product description - don't. It's red, it's bulky, and it's ugly. It looks like something my grandma would have bought.
That said, it's a pretty decent product. It is great after showers as it gets rid of any extra dampness, and it makes my skin feel smoother. I wish there was a powder puff included because I think that would really improve the application.
The downside of the product itself (not related to the packing which is terrible) is that it is messy and smells slightly like baby power. If you don't mind smelling like a newborn, the smell isn't bad. The powder does get everywhere though if you aren't very careful when applying it.
I doubt that I would buy this product again when Lush has so many other great things to offer.

I went into Lush looking for something to help with the sweat from working all the time gathering under my breasts. When I asked the associate about it, she immediately showed me Silky Underwear. It smelled amazing during her demonstration, so I'm like "even if it doesn't work, I can still have something that smells great.
The next day, I used it right when I got out of the shower. It absorbed all the excess moisture and left me dry and smelling great all day. A serious life saver

I am new to lush and this was one of the first things I bought (we can all thank the adorable Tina for her review on the LUSH youtube site). I wasn't exactly sure what jasmine smelled like- i'm not really fond of very floral scents, but this powder is absolute PERFECTION. the scent is very earthy and VERY sensual. if i'm not sniffing myself all over, my husband is. i have a little after shower ritual. first of all i soap up with Alkmaar soap (which smells exactly like the dusting powder) then, when i get out of the shower, i lay on the bed and absolutely dredge myself with the silky underwear dusting powder. why do i do this? because when i go to bed, the dusting powder that didn't make it onto my skin puffs up from my sheets and soothes me right to sleep. i wake up with beautiful smelling soft skin!
the best thing about Silky Underwear Dusting Powder (next to the scent, of course) is that it can also be used so many ways! I use it for aromatherapy, in my hair as a dry shampoo, and also for deodorant. Any time I move, I smell it and it is HEAVEN. I only wish they would make the fabled SUDP perfume again! I'd buy it by the ton!
If you love to pamper yourself and feel sexy then this is the product for you!

I love this powder so much, I use it after every shower or bath. I put it in a vintage glass bowl with a giant powder puff, it's so lovely. Dusting powders are so underrated! Sexy smell, it drives my husband a little crazy. This is going to be a permanent staple for me!

I used this on a recent hot day and it worked BRILLIANTLY. I felt dry, fresh, lightly scented, and refreshed. I was worried at first because the container was so small, but a little goes a long way and it works amazingly! I took another reviewer's suggestion and after initially opening the container, I leave it closed 99.9% of the way to dispense it. You get plenty and it prevents from getting a poof of powder all over the place.

This powder smells absolutely incredible! I can't get enough of it...I sprinkle it on my sheets, on my nightgown, all over my skin. Even my boyfriend notices & likes it, and he never notices new fragrances. Definitely buy this!

This powder is a perfect blend of sweet, floral, and slightly herb fragrances! I love using it after my shower and/or before bed. Since my skin is super dry I moisturize first then use the powder because it smells amazing and it really helps make you feel clean and fresh all day. The only bad thing is I wish Lush would have a powder puff to apply it with :) Preferably vegan.

I just bought this because a friend recommended it. it didn't smell all that great in the container, but I would always compliment her on the way she smells, and she SWORE this was the product. So I gave it a try. It leaves my skin feeling so soft, and smells so wonderful. I feel so clean after my lush shower, and this is the cherry on top.
