I absolutely adore this product. I just got my first one and it is incredible! I am a major glitter lover though, so this is incredible for me since the glitter is so pretty and abundant. I did however get it all over my boyfriend's shirt and face hehe But it looked and smelled great on me and he couldn't keep his hands off me all night! Even when I slipped in to pj's that night I was still soft all over and got cuddled all night. Highly recommend Shimmy Shimmy if you don't mind lots of glitter everywhere!

I don't get how anyone could not like this! It smells amazing and I think that everyone could use some glitter in their life. I'm not saying you should cover yourself head to toe for a meeting or interview. But next time you're stuck at home, put some glitter on. Also for the people who complain about it melting, try pouring it in ice cube molds (I have heart shaped ones!) and put them in the fridge. Before you know it, shimmer shimmer will be back to it's solid glitter self

I put this on when I want to add a little glam to my look. It's great for legs in the summer, and I've actually started using it in my hair! I had glitter all over my hands after using it and didn't realize, started fluffing my hair, and when I looked in the mirror my long, wavy, black hair was sparkling! It was a very, very small amount (just what was left on my palms).

I admit I was a skeptic at first, but curiosity got me to buy it. I'm very glad I did! Smells great and looks great. Try it out, you never know what you'll discover when using Lush products and that's what keeps me coming back for more :)

I am so in love with this product !!! I purchased it because I am a glitter finatic and this seriously gives me my sparkle fix I crave while moisturizing my skin at the same time. It made my skin look flawless !

I was soooo excited to try this, but sadly it didn't live up to expectations in the scent department.. I like the idea much better than the actual product. It smells bad to me actually kinda more annoying, and im not picky at ALL with scents. I love the amount of sparkles but they fall off soooooooo QUICK. But surprisingly I'm very glad I brought it because now im satisfied because I have tried it. Hopefully it will get better as i use it?

I'm giving this a low rating because it's not worth the money since this doesn't last! I bought this and in the car on my way home it melted into a greasy puddle and was pretty much ruined. I got home an poured the liquid into a tin to try and shape it back by popping it into the freezer...Overall this does add sparkles, does smell good but it is a little irritating to sensitive skin and does feel greasy. You have to wash your hands after using since it's so greasy. I've had other massage bars and they haven't melted this bad before.

I love the scent of this massage bar, but the glitter is just too much. I literally had to take a lint roller to my body to get some of it off. I looked like a disco ball....

I'm really taken back by the "old lady smell" reviews. I think it smells light and shimmery and warm and delicious! I la la love the shimmer, and ALWAYS get complements on how lovely it smells and looks. Old ladies smell musky or rosy but this just smells glorious. I've often thought that Lush should make hair care and soap/perfume that smells like the Shimmy Shimmy bar.

I loved this bar so much that I stole it from my mom. It is an excellent massage bar, being moisturizing and sweet-smelling, despite the fact that its glitter gets everywhere. Personally, I like that, and hey, it I spread the smell, too, then all the better.

ShimmyShimmy is made of mostly natural ingredients, smells good, helps supplement moisture, and best of all-- adds glttery shimmer to your body! The glitter lasts the best on clevage, shoulders, upper arms, etc. I have not had luck getting it to stay anywhere that clothes will rub (arm sleeve), or on hands. If you wash, it comes right off. This glitter is smaller and more delicate than the one used in Glitterbug, and more subtle (but stunning and attention getting). This is perfect to wear when going on a date or out with friends, but I personally think it is too much for most jobs or business functions. This Shimmy is perfect for anyone that loves glitter. A++++++++!

I bought this product when I was on vacation in Santa Barbara.....I loved it!! It had just the right amount of shimmer, made my skin soft, and it smelled great. When I put it on I immediately felt sexy. Will buy this product again for sure.

I love this massage bar! It has a really great amount of shimmer. Great for nights out or during the summer when you're going to be showing your arms and legs. Very pretty! The only thing is that the glitter transfers to other surfaces rather easily.

This product is amazing and great! But, one problem I had with it was, there was just too many sparkles it left. I mean usually I love when things shimmer on me, but not this time. I only gave it four stars because of that so it is perfect I think if you like the shimmer. Oh and also I should've realized it would've made alot of shimmer because it is called the shimmy shimmy. Haha well silly me. Go out and get it, if you didn't already!

I used shimmy shimmy for the first time about a year ago and fell in love; I'm a huge fan of glitter and sparkly things so it's present in almost all the products I use now. Most of the time it washes off easily and isn't that noticeable the next day, but shimmy is different. I had forgotten how much glitter there really was in the bar when I used it on my arms and legs and managed to get it on my furniture and the boyfriend. Later that week, I did laundry and washed the clothes I had worn with the shimmy bar, thus making all the other clothing in the wash (the boyfriend's included) covered in glitter. This is my reasoning behind putting glitter in both the pro and con section. (I learned my lesson about washing my shimmy clothing separately!) I still use shimmy to this day, but I do so sparingly, and often times before bed so I can wear pajamas and have moisturized, nicely scented skin that doesn't get glitter everywhere. I've also found that heating up a butter knife and slicing the bar in half makes for a nice bath melt with a little glitter sticking to you and most of it staying in the tub, which can be a little messy, but I don't mind. This method is probably not that economical, but I have 5 more of these to go, so I'm trying to find ways to use them without not being able to appreciate them.

It smells AMAZING... at first, it has to much glitter and looks tacky, but after your skin dries most of it comes off and it's pretty :)
