I was very excited to receive this, especially after reading all the glowing recommendations and reviews on this site and others.

At first I thought I must be doing something wrong...I tried it on damp skin, after moisturizing, mixed with moisturizer, but it doesn't seem to matter. It's creamy and smooth in the container. On my skin it FEELS okay, but looks dry and flaky.

I can see its use as a concealer, as it covers spots well.

Perhaps my expectations were unfounded. I wanted something light, sheer, and dewy. I was not expecting it to be so opaque.

Disappointingly, my skin looks much better without it.

I have sensitive, uneven skin that is prone to blemishes and this product covers really well without looking cake-like or fake. Compliments my skin beautifully. My skin actually feels refreshed when I use it. I am an ER nurse who works 12 hour shifts, and today is my first day at work since using it, so I'll have to see how it lasts... More to come!

I first came across the color supplement about a year ago, and I got a sample. Initially I wasn't too impressed; however, as time went on, I realized that not only did the supplement hide away my blemishes, it also helped banish them into clean, smooth skin oblivion! So I splurged, just a little, and bought myself the real deal. And I am so happy! I wear it every day, usually smoothing it over my face just after I put lotion on. My face is as soft as a baby's bum, and all my red spots, hideous pimples, and blackheads are fleeing. The coverage even holds in the heat of an Iowan summer!

This is a super light colour supplement that you mix with your moisturizer. I use it with Vanishing Cream and my skin looks flawless and looks like it is glowing. I tend to break out if I wear foundation, but I have not had this problem at ALL with this product. I am very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone.

I use this Color Supplement as a tinted moisturizer. I mix 2 parts moisturizer and 1 part Color Supplement, and apply the mixture as I would my moisturizer. It really evens out my skintone without making me look like one matte ghost. When I wear it, I get compliments about my "fantastic skin." I do find it too sheer to use as an undereye concealer, but I've got pretty noticeable dark circles. It also tends to rub off onto other surfaces, such as my phone screen, but I find the color and coverage to be worth it.

Still can't make up my mind about this. It does not perform any miracles - it will not erase dark circles or other discolorations. But it's a very rich product that goes onto the skin easily and sinks in. You should give it a try if you want makeup from a brand that is environmentally-conscious.

I got this while was in a store and I'm glad I was. I think I would have gotten the wrong color had I ordered it from the internet. Although it's a little jar, a little goes a very long way. I use this religiously every morning and it lasts. I take a little pigment and dab it under my eyes to get rid of those nasty under eye circles and then I mix a little of it with my moisturizer. After everything is applied and blended, I top it off with a light dusting of powder to keep it from smudging off.

I find that this does corrects some of my natural pigment issues. It evens out my pink cheeks but allows my freckles to still be visible.

I threw away my other foundations after trying this one. I selected light pink and it's perfect when I mix it with my moisturizer. The secret for me is to be certain my face is first lightly moisturized. This allows the supplement to glide on my skin. I prefer a natural look, and blending this supplement with some more moisturizer on the back of my hand creates the perfect coverage. Make certain the moisturizer you use isn't too heavy so that you don't get a shine. After I apply all over my face, I use some straight from the jar to conceal any blemishes. A little blush, mascara and lipstick and I have the perfect makeup. Also, as with all Lush products I have used, it doesn't cause my skin to break out. :)

I purchased this colour supplement in dark pink (i was tan!) over the summer after trying it out in the store. It was so inexpensive, I decided to go for it. I was using mineral foundation and finding it too powdery, so the concept of a tinted moisturizer was very appealing. At the time I was using skin drink and realized quickly that it definitely shouldn't be used all over the face - wayyyy to heavy/oily! and when i lost my tan the dark pink became too dark so it fell to the wayside. I recently got it straight - I purchased the light pink for my pale, winter complexion and use it with celestial which is fabulously light - the combination is perfect! i can control how much coverage i need (i use the colour straight out of the pot for dark circles and spots) and it always feels like I'm not wearing anything. I've gotten "peachy" and "porcelain" comments from friends (I've NEVER been complimented on my skin!) so it's definitely a winner! One of my girlfriends even bought it for herself and loves it. I brush a translucent powder on my T-zone just to keep the shine at bay, but that is it - it's so easy and perfect! my only suggestion is that you use a very light moisturizer in combination with the supplement to avoid feeling and looking too shiny/greasy.

I use this product every day now. It make me smile from ear to ear to realize I found the perfect makeup. I spent hundreds of dollars trying to find the perfect makeup. Well, ever since I found LUSH, i've been an addict! I feel like my imperfections flew out the window!

My first reaction when reading about liquid or cream foundations is "Oh, I can't use that." Well, I stand corrected. I was intrigued by the Colour Supplements, but I didn't think they'd be right for me. After reading reviews that said they wouldn't make me break out (more), I decided to give it a go. I am so, so glad I did. The Light Pink is absolutely perfect for my porcelain (read: very pale) skin tone. It goes on like a dream. After some experimenting, I found that my ideal use is to mix a bit with my primer and then, while that's still a bit damp on my face, add a bit where it's needed. The finish is amazing: it looks like my skin, only better. I've been using mineral foundation for years, but this is even better. And it doesn't make me break out. I have combination skin, and the mineral makeup sometimes accentuates my dry areas. Well, my Colour Supplement solves that problem. No more layering bits of moisturizer on top of my makeup to get rid of the flakiness I didn't see before.

I went into Lush to buy conditioner and the henna bar and while I was there, one of the Lush workers was able to over sale me on everything (and I regret nothing), and the one thing I wasn't expecting to find was this product.

My GOD. I will never go back. The coverage is amazing and it goes on like a dream, plus it blends with my moisturizer (whether I use Celestial or my own regular store bought one) and it makes me look gorgeous even on days I dont necessarily feel it.

I really like this product and am happy that it fits my skin tone without mixing colors. It has a really REALLY lovely consistency, creamy and soft and goes on powdery, the perfect color for fair and ivory skin tones.

I found this makes my skin look flawless and gorgeous but like I'm not wearing anything at all, as if I just have amazing skin. Lush recommends that you mix it half and half with moisturizer, but I found that it barely covers if you do that. I like my foundation to fully cover my red spots and blemishes, which this does, but not when mixed with a moisturizer. I wish I got more of it for my money, since I have to use more of it to cover as it is too opaque (not thick enough)to be mixed. Reviewers on youtube who reviewed the yellow color said it felt really heavy, so I don't know if this is lighter than the other colors as far as coverage goes.

This product is wonderful, I just wish I got more of it, or that it was really thick and condensed so I COULD mix it with moisturizer and still get good coverage.

I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, depends on how long it lasts me. Don't get me wrong, I do really love it, but as of now, it's quite expensive for a tiny lip balm sized container.

I am a chemo patient and nothing makes my ever changing skin glow like the light pink color supplement! It has just enough coverage and lightweight texture. I don't feel like I'm wearing makeup at all! Bravo Lush!!!!!

How I use this is that I will put some moisturizer on the back of my hand and then I will dab a fingertip into the jar. From there I will blend the supplement and moisturizer together and apply to my face. Whatever is leftover on my hand washes off easily in water.

An associate showed this to me a few months ago, at the time I was intrigued but didn't buy. Then earlier this week I looked at it again and out of curiosity dotted some on my face. The few red spots I had, vanished. And more impressively the redness and flakiness around my nose from 2 days of a cold, disappeared! The light pink is a great match for my fair skin, it blends in flawlessly, lightweight with good coverage.

Once I got it home I tried it blended with a moisturizer and I liked it much better than the tinted moisturizer I've been using. And day 2 of the red flaky nose cover up was flawless. I'm sold. This gem is an all in one product. Concealer for those little imperfections and a light tinted moisturizer for an all over glow. Add a dusting of powder and I'm all set to go.

I have always been a hardcore full coverage kind of girl but I hated how cakey it would look. I couldn't believe how much I like this product especially with how light weight it is. I use it as a foundation and it still has a tinted moisturizer consistency but it covers! It seems to cancel out any redness, evens out my skintone and makes my skin look naturallly perfected. The container is small but you hardly have to use anything so it seems like it will last a long time.

I use my light pink color supplement on a daily basis as a tinted moisturizer using the exact instructions above. I also use it straight from the pot as a pimple/redness and dark circle concealer. It gives me glowing, even coverage, feels light on my skin and does not cause me to break out. I've even slept in it a time or two with no ill effects.

I'm surprised at what a difference such a small amount can make. The effect is like someone has taken an airbrush to your skin, though it looks incredibly natural and lasts a long time both on your face and in the pot.

As a redhead, I'm too pale to use it straight from the pot as anything other than a concealer, but I can add more or less moisturizer depending on the amount of coverage I want. The only thing I don't like is the packaging: as a life-long acne sufferer, I'm averse to dipping my finger in something and then putting it on my face, so I make sure my hands are always clean when using it. I'd prefer a pump system. But even with that, I give it five stars for beautiful, surprising coverage and breathable skin.
