All That Glitters...
Many glitters contain PET or microplastics, which often end up in the ocean, damaging marine wildlife and polluting our seas with plastics that don’t break down. But your love of glitter can be fulfilled without plastic.
My boyfriend bought me 25 bath bombs and, to pick the first one id use, I picked the one that smelled the best to me! This one was my absolute favorite smell! It was also beautiful and had the most sparkles I've seen in a bath bomb! Unfortunately, I quickly realized the sparkles where irritating my butt sooo much! It was SO ANNOYING! I had to cut my bath short so I could get some relief! I only recommend if you're doing a quick bath or just putting your feet in! I wouldn't buy again though...
I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it

I agree that this is an itchy bath bomb. A lot of the glitter shards settle to the bottom of the tub, and as I ran my hand across the bottom I felt it all gather up. I don't even have sensitive skin and it was super itchy.
don't hope on the negative "itchy" bandwagon

I read the reviews of this bomb and saw many thought the glitter was too big, the salt was too sharp, and it left their skin itchy. Personally, I take pretty hot baths, so in my experience, the salt started to dissolve and was very small and not "shard"-like at all. The pieces softened up and the bomb left my skin extremely smooth. The glitter doesn't seem bigger in size than any other bomb with glitter that I've used. The smell is more subtle—not robust like some of the others. Melusine is a very delicate smell; soft and mellow. I quite enjoyed this one. I would definitely recommend drawing a hotter bath, as I could see the salt being bothersome in cooler water. Maybe even throw the bomb into the hot water and leave it for a short while before sinking into the bath. I didn't, but if you're worried about the "shards", it may be a good idea. I had not a single issue with this bomb! Loved it and would definitely buy again!!

My motivation for reviewing this bath bomb is having read the other reviews. Not everything is for everybody, but I didn't find the glitter to be obtrusive or itchy. The scent was pleasant and the bath made my skin feel soft and silky. I enjoyed this bath bomb and would definitely buy it again.

itchy glitter, boring bath bomb
Indianapolis | 1 month ago
for the price, i expected something luxurious and relaxing. this bath bomb has big glitter that is very itchy/stabby. that's coming from someone who does not usually have sensitive skin. the smell is okay. nothing stands out about this one. won't be purchasing again.
Meh nothing remarkable.

It's almost like they took the left over bits of Temple in the Sky and packed it in here with glitter and salt. Not enough scent and boring. Lush has some AMAZING bath bombs and this one was bleh, if you want something similar id opt for the Temple in the sky is this one time's 5.
Gorgeous, but itchy

The effect of this bath bomb was absolutely gorgeous (it was this beautiful shimmering green), but I agree with some of the other reviewers that the glitter made for an itchy experience, and the scent wasn't great.
Abrasive itchy glitter

I loved the look of this one but the scent was actually very underwhelming. Also...the glitter HURT. It made sitting in the tub painful! It hurt and itched and scratched my skin all up. This is NOT the normal glitter in any of their other products. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Bought this bath bomb as it did sound lovely. I should have read the reviews before doing so.
I was not wowed by the scent, found it lacking and not that enjoyable.
Found the "glitter" more like what many had said. Shards of glass like against my skin. It physically hurt to be in the tub with this bath bomb.
Only after showering and using way too much body wash did I finally feel free from the attack on my skin.
Will NOT be purchasing again.
