If you’re used to using a roll-on deodorant or antiperspirant and want to make the leap to a natural alternative, Aromaco is a great start. We chose all of the most effective ingredients for a deodorant and packed them into this little bar. Astringent witch hazel helps eliminate microbes and odor-causing bacteria so you feel fresh, while chamomile vinegar tightens pores and soothes the skin. And to help keep you naturally fresh, there's also a little patchouli oil in it, too.

Use in pieces

great smell, natural, one bar could last for a very very very very very long time if you cut off what you want and rub it in

Wasn't really happy with this. Its slimy and very hard to hold onto. And the smell was too strong for me.

Best Natural Deodorant

Alberta | 7 days ago

I have finally found a natural deodorant that doesn't induce sweating and actually keeps the bacteria from multiplying and making me stink. I first purchased a small piece of this in-store and thought I liked it at first, but when I bought it, it was already dried out and I didn't realize that. I tried wetting it to 'reconstitute' it somewhat, which worked for a bit, but I ended up throwing it away due to the crustiness around the outside. I decided to try the product again in an online purchase, and I am so happy I did. It was very moist and still glides on like a dream. I keep it in a zipper-seal sandwich bag to maintain the moisture content and it works like a dream! My back-up lives in a sandwich baggie in the fridge, which I find helps to maintain freshness.

Lovely Patchouli scent, not overpowering

Texas | 10 days ago

I was a little hesitant to try the product since a lot of the reviews stated that it would crumble and it was really hard to use. I found that it was easy to use. It came in plastic baggie with a lush sticker on it. I applied it to my underarm and it felt soft and smooth. Very easy to use so far. I am going to keep it in a plastic bag so that it is not exposed to air. (Possibly that causes it to harden?) Anyways, great product and I actually think it makes my sweat smell nice. It smells very natural and I will definitely be re-purchasing when I finish this one.

Gave me a rash

Vancouver | 11 days ago

I really like this deodorant! However, i did get a pretty red and uncomfortable rash on my armpits after using it. I've bought it before and that didn't happen so i'm not sure why i got a rash the second time. It smells really good and it definitely works. Maybe not the best for sensitive skin, like mine.

This actually works to keep the stink away!

I saw that some people had an issue with the texture of the bar, but I never had a problem. When I very first put it on I followed the advice of another reviewer and wet the bar and then applied. I wasn't a fan of the results, but I think that helped make the bar softer right away. I keep mine in an air tight tin, so it hasn't dried out at all. The scent takes some getting used to and I like it, but my husband does not. Too bad for him, it's the best natural deodorant that I have found! I use baby cream to help with moisture/chafing and apply that before the deodorant, after a shower. That helps cut down on the sticky feeling and the abrasive scent.

Worst of all the deodorants I've tried from Lush

Rhode Island | 13 days ago

First off, I HATE the smell of pure patchouli, so this was not my first choice but I wanted to see if I could make it work. I've been on the hunt for a good natural deodorant and was hoping this one might be the one. Not only did it not block smell for more than an hour or so on a hot day, but it also left a rash pretty quickly. I first used T'eo which gave me a rash after a little while unfortunately. I then tried The Guv'ner which has been working but stains your pits and my family has a good time making fun of my "hippie deodorant". I needed a deodorant that I could wear with tank tops. I also tried Sunflower from the UK which smelled like weird bread and worked just as bad as Aromaco leaving a rash as well. I'm hoping The Greench will work for the summer at least.

Absolutely love this deodorant

Los Angeles | 13 days ago

Here are my quick tips to keeping it from drying out, crumbly, and the rough edges. I keep my aromaco in it's wax paper wrapping from the store after I use it and in a reusable sandwich bag. I apply it on after my shower when my skin is still moist. When it gets those rough edges I use a spoon with light pressure and scrape off the dry edges and the rounded part of the spoon to smooth out the edges. It's a little upkeep yet totally worth it. I do this like 1-2 times a month depending on how dry it's been weather wise. Great smell, good on the skin, and my absolute favorite deodorant.

Crusty Outside But Amazing

New York | 14 days ago

This is the first natural deodorant to work for me, and I love it. There is a flaky dried crust after awhile, but if you just chip that off its smooth and creamy still.
