Spicy and warm, like a hot cinnamon tea.
Why it works
Training for a 13.1 mile run was an extremely daunting task and I was grossly unprepared for the sore muscles long distance training runs would cause. But this bar is AMAZING. It's literally a natural icy hot that I use on my legs after a run (and shower)! To really feel the affect I also wear long lounge pants to trap in the heat! To all you runners out there- this is a must have!
