Citizens Trade Campaign

Citizens Trade Campaign is a cross-sector coalition of human rights, environmental, family farm, consumer and labor organizations working together for social and environmental justice in trade policy. CTC coordinates trade policy campaigning across the United States, both in DC and with on-the-ground, state-based coalitions in many locations. Our work includes public education, lobbying, media outreach and mass mobilization. Our shared goal is the promotion of international trade policies that lift living standards and promote a sustainable economy both at home and abroad.

How we helped

Unjust trade agreements cannot be stopped without a well-coordinated “movement of movements.” Lush support is helping us to directly educate and connect with climate justice activists, while also creating a strong, visual anti-TPP presence at a key moment in our campaign that put pressure on policymakers and opinion leaders.
