Dogwood Initiative
The Dogwood Initative believes British Columbians should have the right to make their own decisions about how the land they live on is used and we know that there is power in numbers. That's why they work with more than 90,000 supporters, as well as First Nations, businesses and communities, to leverage political victories and find common sense solutions to some of B.C.'s most pressing problems.
How we helped
LUSH first partnered with the Dogwood Initiative during our “Stop the Tar Sands” campaign. We supported them again by providing funding for their "No Tankers" campaign in 2012 while we ran the “Oil Spills Affect Everyone” campaign against the Northern Gateway Pipeline project.
