Friends of VanCortlandt Park

The Friends of Van Cortlandt Park, an independent community based organization, actively promotes the conservation and improvement of Van Cortlandt Park in Bronx, New York, through environmental education and restoration and enhancement of the park, its forests and trails.

How we helped

Funds from Charity Pot go towards the Environmental Internship Program 2013 for at risk young people, enhancing environmental educations and awareness and engaging them in their own projects based on individual interest.
