Girls Rock Camp Toronto offers female identified, trans*, and gender non-binary youth of all musical abilities and economic backgrounds a safe space to learn an instrument, get creative, and develop skills that will last a lifetime. Music theory, improvisation, and performance are developed along with communication, patience, empathy, and negotiation skills under the guidance of professional musicians and strong female mentors. Visiting artists lead fun, interactive workshops on topics like the history of women who rock, media literacy, silk screening, and more. Girls Rock Camp Toronto is a place to be yourself, try new things, and make new friends!
