Mosqoy works with indigenous highland communities of the Peruvian Andes to provide opportunities that nurture their threatened culture. Their mission statement is to “educate, preserve, connect.” and they aim to achieve this mission through three key programs: 1. A post-secondary educational program for marginalized youth in the Andes. 2. A fair-trade textile revitalization program which provides fair market access and capacity building for indigenous artisans of the region. 3. A global stewardship program, which educates youth in Canada and the US about how to be responsible travelers and consumers, bridging the commodity chain from producer to consumer. "
