PalmBeachCompost

PalmBeachCompost is a nonprofit organization that recycles community waste through composting and promotes community environmentalism. Using this method, composting facilitates the growth of organic produce for those in need, with the assistance of student volunteers. Its motto, "It would be a waste to waste your waste" is promoted through our daily actions. PalmBeachCompost strives to empower youth, businesses, organizations, and restaurants of Palm Beach County to reduce their environmental harm by applying sustainable practices. It works to bolster local environmental stewardship and social responsibility through composting, gardening, environmental education, and food donations.

How we helped

The donation from Lush allows us to provide students, schools and volunteers with the ability to compost and garden for themselves. In addition, this funding will allow us to increase our reach in the area, as we'll be able to provide additional resources to residents, organizations and restaurants.
