Project HEAL is a unique resource and support network for people suffering from eating disorders. Brought together during treatment and recovery for eating disorders of their own, the founders of Project HEAL (Help to Eat, Accept and Live) are passionately dedicated to providing assistance for other sufferers. Approaching both treatment and prevention, Project HEAL provides scholarships and financial support programs for people who are suffering from eating disorders and who are not able to fund a treatment program.
The group also focuses on awareness and education programs, creating mentorship and support opportunities for eating disorder sufferers, their friends and family and young people who struggle with negative body image and self-esteem.
How we helped
Funds from Charity Pot supported projects that promote recovery and spread awareness and education about eating disorders.
