Savong Foundation

Started in 2011, our organization focuses on youth projects in northern Cambodia. Since we believe in the importance of quality education, we provide scholarships to underprivileged rural students so that they can attend better schools in town. If they don't have a place to stay, we provide them with accommodation at our student center which also offers free English and computer instruction. We teach them to give back to the community and have initiated our Student Water Pump Project which will bring fresh water to underserved rural areas.

How we helped

LUSH Charity Pot has funded thirty water pumps and purifiers in rural Cambodia through our Student Water Pump Project. These pumps were built by our students and bring fresh water to over 300 people. Not only has this project helped the community but it has also helped teach our students new skills in managing a small business.
