Hey, Lushies! We've missed seeing you at the store, and we hope you've missed us, too. While we're not 100% back up and running just yet, some of our locations are going to start offering contactless pickup. When you order online, select "pick up in-store" on each product page, select the participating shop and then check out. We'll safely pack your goodies and have them ready for you by the next day, free of charge.
1.Pick some of your favorite products and select ''pick up in store'' on the product page.
2.Select your participating store and repeat this for each product you want to pick up before you check out.
3.You'll get an email with your order confirmation and pickup instructions.
4.When you're notified that your order is ready, come collect it within three days.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes...if you tell us they're coming. We'll explain. When you place your order, you give us the details of the person who will be picking it up and they must provide photo ID when they arrive.
How long will you hold my order for once it's ready?
Start the clock! After you receive an email confirming that your order is ready, you have three days to collect it. After that, we'll be sad, you'll be sad, the order will be cancelled and the products will be returned to the shelves.
How do I know if my products are in stock?
If a product is out of stock at your local Lush, you won't be given the option to select "pick up in-store" on the product page. Check back soon, as we’re always making fresh batches of all your favorites.
