Do Better, Lush

I have one tin of each shape and ALL of them are too small. It honestly seems like these tins were made without the products in mind. I use the naked shampoo, naked conditioner, fresh farmacy face soap, naked deodorant, and naked moisturizers. Only the very small moisturizers fit comfortably in the tins (and the shampoo bars fit, if you never want to be able to take them out again after they get wet). The biggest reason this frustrates me is because I travel frequently, and I always have to put my products in something else to take with me, unless I've used down the products enough so that they're small enough to go in the tins. And one of the major upsides to buying naked is that you don't need to worry about liquids + airplanes! So its a mega downside that using naked products should make traveling easier, but it doesn't because you're endlessly searching for a tin/jar that will fit the products. In fact, just this weekend I bought new face soap and had to bring it in a silicone bag on my trip because there was nothing I could fit it in and traveling with an open-faced soap dish doesn't do you much good (and a plastic one wouldn't be too great for the environment... the whole reason I started this naked journey in the first place). I wish Lush sold tins that fit the vast majority of the products they sell at full size. Really, just making them deeper would suffice. Or in the shape of traditional travel soap dishes. Oh, and these tins are made in China. That doesn't sit too well with me either. All that being said, if you have to get one, the square one is at least better than the circle & oval.

Could use some improvement

I have a tin each for my solid shampoo and conditioner, and the tins do successfully keep water out while they're closed. However, they also keep a lot of water in after I've opened the tin to use my bars and put the wet bars back in the tin. To keep the bars from sitting in little puddles between showers I need to remove the tins from the shower and leave them open, with the bars sat up vertically to dry, in between washes. This is unideal for several reasons. If these came with a raised platform inside, which holds the bars above any puddles and allows them to drain (maybe even with a drain hole in the bottom), they would be much more useful in the shower. Instead of creating one product for both showers and travel/storage, it could be great to design a separate shower tin.

Not the Right Fit

I use this to store my trichomania shampoo. But what I don't understand is why they wouldn't make the shampoo the right size to fit in the tins they manufacture. I had to cut up the shampoo bar to get it to fit right and it's still a little awkward. But it gets the job done and keeps my shampoo safe in the shower and for travel.

I bought this because I completely skipped over the oval tins for pressed conditioner bars (whoops lol) but it makes traveling so easy. It's durable and seals nicely. It's just too big for round/oval pressed products.

I love the concept; however, you must use down some products before they fit in the tins. I have at least one of each shape and the only product I use that fits immediately is the shampoo bar. I wish the tins were deep enough for products like the Scrubee and Aromaco.

I own the round tin which I use to hold my jade roller solid cleanser and I like that, but this square one is horrible. I bought it and put my new buffy inside for the car ride home. I immediately went to take a shower and used it. It opened up fine and I was able to use buffy. Then I got it back in the tin and the tin WOULD NOT SHUT. This tin became disfigured immediately and I don't even know what I did to it. It's flimsy and while it's super easy to mess it up, its impossible to bend it back into a close-able shape. I don't even think I can return it at this point. I'm livid. I don't even know why I'm so upset I think I'm just discouraged because the reviews don't line up with my own experience with the tin.

Not good for facial soap bars :(

Got one of these with my coalface soap, totally isn't big enough. When the bar gets used and shrinks I'm sure it'll be helpful for storing but for now my soap is on a plate. It's cute and I can fit shampoo bars in here for now though!
