Vegan dark chocolate is often used as a decorative touch on our products, giving them character and a touch of sweetness.
Chocolate is made from the fermented cacao seeds, which are then cleaned, sorted, roasted and cracked to remove their hard shells, resulting in cocoa nibs. The nibs are ground into a thick paste called chocolate liquor, which is then blended to the desired consistency for chocolate.
