Meadowsweed And Orange Peel Infusion

Meadowsweet is a perennial herb that grows in meadows, on riverbanks and in damp woodlands. It produces a fragrant cluster of small, pink or creamy white flowers. We make our infusion with dried, cut leaves and stems steeped in boiled water with orange peels.
