Fresh Horseradish

Horseradish belongs to the Brassicaceae family, alongside zingy companions such as mustard and wasabi. Although native to southeastern Europe and western Asia, the root is now grown across the globe due to its popularity in cooking. The root has a warming effect when used topically, and is therefore perfect to use in haircare products and treatments.
