Fresh Kumquat

Kumquat is a golden citrus fruit that grows on small evergreen trees. Olive-sized kumquats are rich in calcium and vitamins, especially vitamin C, which has antioxidant properties. Historically, kumquat has been used as a remedy for healing wounds and building immunity. We chop the fruit up, emulsify it and strain it before adding the fresh juice to our products.
