How to Order

Shop

As you shop, confirm your zip/postal code is eligible for same-day delivery when you add items to your cart (address must be within 15 miles delivery radius).

Checkout

When placing your order, be sure to include your mobile number so you can receive delivery update text messages from DoorDash.

Deliver

Any order placed before 1 p.m. will be picked up at your local shop by a DoorDash driver and delivered to you the same day.

Eligibility

Same-day delivery is available from all Lush shops, but the delivery address must be within 15 miles of the shop location, and the shop must have the items in-stock.

When do I need to place my order to guarantee same-day delivery?

You must place your order before 1 p.m. local time to guarantee same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1 p.m. local time will be delivered by the end of the following day.

What if I don’t receive my delivery?

If you don’t receive your order, contact us. Please make sure you have your order number ready so our Customer Care team can help you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my same-day delivery order?
