Choose between curbside or in-store pickup.

Curbside Pickup

1. Park in the Shake Shack parking lot.

2. Give us a call once you have parked so we can bring your purchase to your vehicle. Our phone number is 407-850-9704.

3. We will bring and place your goodies in your trunk or back seat. Please have your photo ID ready to show through the window to ensure we are delivering the right package.

In-store Pickup

1. Visit us in-store to pick up your order. You do not need to wait in line: call us and we will bring your goodies out to you.

2. To collect your order in-store, masks will be optional for fully vaccinated customers. We do ask that you provide photo identification.
