Lemon Zest

The dye got all over everything. Smells great but how long it lasted just isn't ideal. I don't want to have to buy a new bar of soap every 7 days.

I like the smell of this bar but it tends to melt away as soon as water hits it! I also don't like the scrub feature added to the bar. I would not recommend this product!

This soap was recommended with the discontinuance of Sexy peel - and this is awful. Yellow dye everywhere inside the shower - doesn't last, and the center milky part falls apart and doesn't hold the transparent glycerin portions together leaving you with a crumbled mess after the first two uses. This new "format" for lush soaps has me looking for alternatives; as these went from a wholesome artisan quality product to now worse-than-walmart mass produced junk. It's scummy feeling and stains everywhere; the scent is more sweet than citrus - smells like a box of lemonhead candy.

Smells amazing but I hate the colouring. Super bright yellow dye that gets all over everything.

I'm saddened to be writing this review because I am (and will continue to be) a huge LUSH supporter. Unfortunately this Lemon Zest bar soap is no replacement for Sexy Peel. This bar soap melted too fast and left my skin feeling...soapy. I found that the added fragrance smelled strongly like candy, it was is not a fresh lemon scent like the Bohemian bar soap (which I love!). The added color, Yellow 10 Lake, was very off putting while I was showering and left a pool of yellow in my tub. I love LUSH and I love trying new LUSH products because of the ethical sourcing and positive environmental impact, however, I would never purchase this Lemon Zest bar soap again. I'm happily using Bohemian, Honey I Washed the Kids, and Outback Mate in my bar soap rotation. I dearly miss Sexy Peel.

It didn't last long and I had to scrub my shower extra after because it left a trail of yellow.

As many other people here noticed, that soap melts pretty fast and lives yellow depots everywhere. The smell is ok, and like a lot of you, I bought it as a replacement for the sexy peel, but for the price, I woul have expect something that last longer. PLEASE BRING BACK THE SEXY PEEL.

Doesn't last very long, maybe because of all the yellow water in the sink & soap dish. Bring back sexy peel.

The only thing great about this bar is the smell. Other than that, it's slimy, and disintegrates FAST (even with removing from the shower and completely drying after each use)...I finally splurged on something and unfortunately it wasn't worth it.

Nothing similar to the sexy peel even though this is what they recommend now that sexy peel is discontinued!! It doesn't last long and does melt away pretty fast. Smell is okay but not great, soap fell apart after 3 uses, when you use it it leaves yellow all over the tub and the dish you use to hold it. I would rather have sexy peel than this soap, especially because I used sexy peel to help with the darkness under my armpits (and it really worked and smelled great).
