Absolutely love this soap!

My favorite Lush soap of all time! It has a lovely yet gentle fragrance and the bottle shape is adorable. I am so disappointed that it will be discontinued. Lush, please reconsider!! :'(

LUSH Products — Simply AMAZING!!!

Illinois | 12 days ago

This was my first time hearing about this company (LUSH) and using their products. My oldest daughter speaks extremely highly of the products, so I had to try them. I shared the products with my youngest daughter to try as well. The products (Minamisoma, Milky Bar, Salted Coconut, and Honey I Washed The Kids). They all have great subtle scents and feels great on my skin. I must say, that we are huge fans!

The perfect bathroom soap

Such a creamy, soothing soap that I think is perfect for the bathroom and to soften and cleanse your hands at the same time.

Basic, Light, Sensitive

Pittsburgh, PA | 25 days ago

I bought this as a gift for my mom who gets migraines from strong scents and has extremely sensitive skin. She's been washing her hands a lot more because of covid, so I thought she might enjoy something light. She universally HATES all the other scents I bought myself at LUSH for being 'too strong', so the fact that she LOVED this was a shocker! I bought a backup gift assuming she would hate it, but she likes the vegan recipe (shes a vegetarian and usually allergic to synthetic ingredients) and the gentleness on her skin/moisturizing. A total hit!

I was hesitant to buy it

I'm really not a fan of patchouli, so when I bought this it was a gamble. Turns out this soap has a really understated patchouli scent. Right out of the package it smells like any other white soap - clean/crisp. In the shower the citrus and soymilk scents become apparent. After drying it leaves a soft creamy incense scent on your skin that lasts a very long time. It reminds me more of dragon's blood incense than classic patchouli.

One of my favorites

A sudsy soapy soap. Very gentle with a good scent. Good for children and those with sensitive skin. What's with the "bottle cap." Not necessary!

Eh, it's ok.

This product is very MEH. Didn't live up to its expectations, but is fine if you want a lush soap that isn't too expensive. Smells fine, doesn't dry out skin or leave that tight feeling. I think anyone could go without this though.

Not really naked packaging

Toronto | 1 month ago

I really wanted to buy naked products for my home but was extremely disappointed that this soap came wrapped in plastic! Other than that I'm also not a big fan of the smell and the glitter cap comes off in one wash.

Amazing soap for sensitive skin

Montreal | 1 month ago

The smell of that soap bar always attracted me in the store but I never ended up buying it, now I am really glad I ordered it, it leaves a nice, delicate smell. I am not into rich overpowering smells so this one was perfect for me. For the reviewer that says that the soap comes in a plastic wrap when ordering it online, yes it does but I suspect it's over covid-19 concerns and I want to mention that all the other products I bought we're either in sustainable packaging (paper envelopes for the bath bombs, etc.) or no packaging at all which is the norm for Lush products. But this being a bar of soap its both porous and a little sticky, I guess. So dirt, microbes and bacteria can easily stick on it, that is probably why they chose to use plastic for this one so it did not bother me at all, it's just safer for everyone. Going back to the actual product, the smell is so amazing, i wish there was a body spray and lotion in the same smell. My skin feels relaxed and there is a nice soothing effect.

Not a "Naked Packaging" Product

Jersey City, NJ | 2 months ago

I'm really liking this bar soap - it is gentle on the skin but still cleansing. However, I ordered three of these bar soaps online and they came INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED IN PLASTIC. I really bought into Lush's marketing of several products, including this and other body bars, body washes, etc as "naked packaging" and in fact stopped buying bar soap from other vendors for this reason. This feels like really egregious false advertising. It leaves me wondering if store clerks start every shift by unwrapping the plastic from all of these supposed "naked packaging" products to line the store shelves before the customers come in. And this is way worse than using any of the products that Lush sells in plastic containers because at least you can take those containers back to the store to be recycled (although who knows - that might also turn out to be a giant scam/marketing ploy).
