How does it work?
1. Join us online at 6am PST/9am EST. For in-store, check your local shop's opening hours (spoiler alert: they're probably not opening at 6am!).
2. Look for the blue “buy one, get one” bubble on qualifying items.
3. Put two qualifying items in your cart.
4. The lower priced item will automatically be adjusted to $0.
5. Repeat, ensuring you have an even number of BOGO items in your cart (up to 40 items total) to make the most of our sale!

What’s on sale?
All our limited edition holiday items and gifts, plus select year-round items. Visit the BOGO section from our home page or look for the blue “buy one get one” bubbles to see what’s included in the offer.
What’s not on sale?
Anything without the BOGO sticker is not included in the sale. Remember, look for the BOGO sticker or "buy one, get one" to see what’s available!
What happens after I place my order?
You’ll get an email confirmation shortly after placing your order, then our elves will get to work picking and packing your goods. When your package is ready to ship, you’ll receive another email with tracking info. We aim to have orders shipped within two business days. If order volume is off the charts, we may take a little longer. Rest assured we’re working as quickly as possible to get your goodies to you!
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Restocking often happens throughout our sale, so keep checking back. You can also call your local shop to see if they’ve got what you’re looking for.
How do I know what my local shop has in stock?
Each store manages their own inventory, which is separate from online inventory. Visit your Lush store to see what they’ve got available.
Is the sale the same online and in stores?
The offer is the same online and in-store—look for the BOGO sticker on qualifying products to buy one, get one free. Please note: inventory availability will vary between web and retail locations.
Is there a limit on what I can buy?
Yes, each order is limited to 40 items total, which includes your free BOGO products. You can place as many orders as you like though!
When are your stores open?
Each store has different hours. Give your local shop a call to find out when they’ll be open.
Can I return sale items?
Yep! Sale items are subject to our regular return policy.
Can I combine two orders or make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine orders, nor can we refund shipping costs if you place two different orders. Because of the nature of the sale, we cannot adjust or make changes to your order once it’s been placed.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
While we sometimes restock items on our site, you should visit your local shop to see if they have what you're looking for.
Can I shop the sale on the Lush App?
You sure can! Look for qualifying items that indicate “buy one, get one”.
Do you ship internationally?
Nope. We’re not able ship outside of the United States and Canada. We also cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands.
It’s December 25th. Is your call center closed?
Yep! This year, we’re giving our team December 25th off to enjoy the holidays, but you can find them:
• December 24: 6:00am to 4:00pm PST
• December 25: Closed
• December 26: 6:00am to 9:00pm PST
• December 31: 6:00am to 4:00pm PST
• January 1: Closed
• January 2: Back to regular hours
