Louis Druehl literally wrote the textbook on seaweed! Pacific Seaweeds was the textbook for a course taken by Kate Rolheiser, who was immediately enamoured with the subject. She’s now proud to work with the expert himself at Canadian Kelp, which produces and sells edible and cosmetic kelp products. The company also supports others who want to learn how to sustainably farm the sea. Canadian Kelp’s motto is “find your kelp”, which Louis describes as: “identify something nobody knows anything about and become the world’s authority on it.”
