The Future of Politics is Female

The American population is made up 51% women, but is led by a government made up of 80% men. What’s wrong with this picture? Well, women’s voices and perspectives are missing from conversations and decisions that impact their lives. And until we have equal representation in government, we won’t have leadership that’s truly reflective of our country.
