Women Supporting Women: Meet Heide

When Heide first moved to Canada and began working at Lush, she felt a little intimidated by the strong women she encountered. But once she realized they were keen to support her and lift her up, she embraced their help and felt a weight lifted from her shoulders. She now believes it’s our responsibility to show younger generations of women how to work together to achieve their dreams.
